Here at Total TM, we pride ourselves in our work and we like what we do too! We know what works and what doesn't, and like anything else in life, you only get out what you put in. Without a strong team, a company is nothing. We start off looking for people with sound values and a good sense of humor. Once we've found someone who ticks those boxes, we expose them to some real-world traffic management (supervised, of course!) and let them make up their own mind if this is the job for them. Once they choose this as a career path, we like to give them all the options available for training and furthering their development in this industry.

Generally speaking, once someone starts with us, they stay. They stay for the challenge provided to them and the responsibility we like to give our hard working team to keep the interest alive and well. 	Dave Duff - General Manager P - 021 302 316 E - daved@ttm.co.nz With over a decade of experience in the Traffic Management industry, Dave has worked for, built up, and in some cases started from scratch various competing companies, and has now gone on to form Total Traffic Management. Intent on providing local companies with a friendly and trustworthy Traffic Management supplier, his focus is on development of the company and finding the right people to make our team really work.

	Dorothy Duff - Administration / Human Resources P- 027 896 8336 E - dorothyd@ttm.co.nz In it from the start, Dorothy has provided the essential support systems to allow Total Traffic Management to grow to where it is today. Dorothy has been the backbone of our administration, dealing with everything from accounts to vehicle maintenance and most anything in between.

	Cory Johnson - Operations Manager P - 027 5222 433 E - coryj@ttm.co.nz Cory came to us with over 15 years of experience in the drilling / construction industry and has a wealth of knowledge about how to actually do the job, not just cone it off. Having successfully run his own Traffic Management business also, Cory brings a heap of TM goodness to the team. He is our main point of contact for anything on-road and rest assured if you need signs or cones organised for any job, Cory is your go-to guy.
